Planner fields are held only in this page’s memory. They are not sent to the cafe or stored by this site. Leaving or reloading the page clears the form. Copying places the draft on your device’s clipboard; downloading saves a text file to your device. Phone, email, Facebook and map links open separate services with their own privacy practices.
What analytics records.
Each page load uses a temporary random nonce held only in browser memory, not a persistent visitor identifier. Analytics records the page path, approximate network location, device category, referrer hostname and bounded engagement such as scroll depth, selected action categories and visible or active time. It does not collect form contents or store IP addresses in analytics. These signals do not identify a person or prove who opened a link or read a page. Individual page-load records are retained for 90 days; aggregate counts are retained after that period.
Security verification and choices.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser and network information for background security verification. This must never block access to the page. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy addendum.
The analytics client respects Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the saved analytics opt-out setting. Opening a page with ?analytics=off disables collection for the current page session and internal navigation. Use that parameter again for a new visit.
